Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile games, applications, developer integrations, community features, customer support, and related services provided by PAGOO LIMITED ("PAGOO LIMITED", "we", "our", or "us"). Our games include titles such as Space Hunt, Three Kingdoms SLG games, and other current or future games published by PAGOO LIMITED.

PAGOO LIMITED is located at UNIT 1021, BEVERLEY COMM CENTRE, 87-105 CHATHAM RD SOUTH, TSIM SHA TSUI, HONG KONG. These Terms form an agreement between you and PAGOO LIMITED when you access or use the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. Additional terms from app stores, payment providers, TikTok, Discord, Google, Apple, or other third-party platforms may also apply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and Security

You may need an account, platform login, or device-linked profile to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.

License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, PAGOO LIMITED grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Virtual Items and Purchases

The Services may include virtual currency, virtual goods, subscriptions, passes, boosts, characters, items, or other digital benefits ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through the relevant app store or payment platform and are subject to that platform's payment and refund rules.

We may manage, modify, rebalance, suspend, or remove Virtual Items, gameplay features, events, rewards, or in-game economies where reasonably necessary for game operation, legal compliance, anti-fraud protection, or service improvement.

User Conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, interfere with the Services, reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law, harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, sell or transfer accounts without authorization, or use the Services for commercial purposes without our written permission.

User Content

If you submit chat messages, usernames, guild names, feedback, images, or other content, you are responsible for that content. You grant PAGOO LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, and moderate your content for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Services.

Platform Integrations

The Services may integrate with platforms such as TikTok, Discord, Google, Apple, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, account actions, or platform decisions. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including games, events, features, servers, or content. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available without interruption or error.

Intellectual Property

All games, software, artwork, characters, names, designs, text, audio, video, interfaces, logos, and other materials in the Services are owned by PAGOO LIMITED or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly allowed by us.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, harmed other users, or interfered with normal operation. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAGOO LIMITED disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAGOO LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law or platform policy. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
